Are you surrounded by idiots?

Sometimes you can't understand why people don't do what they should. How can they not see what seems to be obvious? In many instances, it is because they don’t know what they don’t know.

We all have different social styles - and we all have different drivers. These affect the way in which we make decisions and what motivates us to act. Making the most of your team’s strengths is critical in order to succeed - even more so if you have very limited resources.
